We are regular visitors to Maui. One could even that Maui is like our second home. We have often toyed with the idea of purchasing property here. We met Greg Pereira at an open house during one of our frequent trips. At that time, we chatted and discussed the type of property we were interested in purchasing. We discussed location, balconies, ocean views, and condition of the condos.
Greg kept in contact with us even after we returned home. We received frequent updates on the realty market in Maui. Through those updates, we were able to select two Properties.We purchased one in 2001 and a second in 2002. The seller in these properties was a foreign national, living abroad.
We have dealt with many different realtors, both in the islands and on the mainland. Hence, we can confidently state that Greg is an exceptional realtor. Because of his efforts, we were able to purchase two premium properties within the time span of one and a half years. High fives to Greg. We thank him for all his hard work on our behalf.

Greg provided the best services of any realtor I have ever dealt with in the past six home Purchases I have made. He did minor repair work and adjustments himself. He was always willing to cooperate with me on my requests for frequent visits in planning for my move and furniture placement. He secured documents for me when they were not provided by the mortgage or title companies. He always kept me informed on the status of contacts to the seller who was in the mainland. He notified me when the appraisal/various inspections were scheduled and invited me to attend when appropriate. He was always friendly in our dealings and never failed to provide an answer to my many questions during the closing.
Greg was a true professional and displayed high ethical standard. When I asked him to represent me, he informed me that a dual seller/buyer representative has to look out for the best interest of both parties. He also disclosed that there may be questions I may have regarding the seller that he would not be allowed to answer and vice versa. He was very fair in his dealings and negotiations to secure a fair price for me which would also be an equitable price acceptable to the seller.
I would recommend Greg to any of my friends who are interested in a sale/purchase of property in Maui. If the circumstances arise I would certainly have Greg represent me in the sale of my residence or purchase of other properties, even though I have friends who are realtors themselves.
